Bank Draft – Bank draft is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your monthly electric bill. Each month the amount of your bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account. To sign up for this service, please call our customer service department at 575-4000 or visit our office. ALL CUSTOMERS WHO SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE WILL RECEIVE A ONE-TIME $10 CREDIT ON THEIR NEXT POWER BILL.

Over the Phone – Feel free to call us at 270-575-4000 to make a payment over the phone. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and electronic checks over the phone. NO additional fees are charged for this service.
Pay As You Go-Pay As You Go is an alternative to traditional monthly billing that gives customers flexibility and control over their electric usage and their payment schedule. It is an optional program with the same electric rates as the rates for traditional billing. “Pay As You Go” (PAYGO) operates in the same way that you fill the gas tank on a car. You pay an amount of your choice toward your PPS account, and when most of that energy is consumed, you’ll need to pay more or “fill up the tank” again. As long as you never let your account or “energy tank” go completely empty, you can pay as little or as much as you like, whenever you like. There are no deposits or late penalties with PAYGO. PAYGO customers do not receive a monthly bill. Instead, they receive regular text or email messages about their daily balance, low balance alerts, payment confirmations and pending disconnections. PAYGO customers may make payments 24 hours a day by phone, online and soon to be established kiosks at three Paducah locations, our main office on Broadway, the South Side Wal-Mart and Banks Market in Lone Oak. Those kiosks may be used by any Paducah Power system customer making a payment.
24-Hour Drop Box – There is a drop box located in our parking lot for payments made during non-business hours. For your convenience, we also have drop boxes at the following locations:

Kroger: Southside/Beltline Plaza
Paducah Power System also accepts some third party payments. However, please be aware that there is normally a delay in receipt of these payments.
